Fasig-Tipton has cataloged 500 entries for the main catalog of its Kentucky Winter Mixed Sale, which will be held Monday and Tuesday, February 7 and 8, in Lexington. Sessions will begin at 10 a.m. ET daily.
Registrations remain open for the complementary catalog which will be available online and on the sales grounds. Fasig-Tipton will continue to accept additional registrations over the next two weeks.
Hips 1-300 will be offered on February 7, followed by Hips 301 until the supplements end on February 8.
“Buyers looking to fill orders before the start of the breeding season will be impressed with the quality of this year’s catalog,” said Fasig-Tipton President Boyd Browning Jr., and the power of the stud bulls and yearling bulls represented are the strongest in recent memory.”
The cover of this year’s catalog features the winner of the 2021 Pennsylvania Derby (G1) Hot Rod Charlie sold as a yearling in the 2019 edition. The graduates of the sale also sold as yearlings on the back cover are army wife and naval laughter both winners of the 2021 graduated stakes.

The main Kentucky Winter Mixed Sale catalog is now available for viewing online. Printed catalogs will be available from January 19. The catalog will also be available through the Equine Sale Catalog app.
